Printing Screen Reports

Screen reports are available for all modules/sections throughout the system

How to get DASIE SCreen Report

Search the client in DASIE and click on Select button at the rightmost by the client needs to get report. All Items under DASIE will be displayed including DASIE Screen Report.



Click on "Final DASIE + Report" to get the full DASIE Report.

What is DASIE +?

DASIE + is the information for both Income Eligibility and Program/Initiative Eligibility.

Print button is on Top and at Bottom. Printing Screen Report is for all modules, ASI, BioPsychoSocial, LOCI for each Dimension (working on for overall report), Admission and Discharge.
